The California Trust Litigation Lawyers website is about disputes: trustee and executor misconduct, trust and will contests, beneficiary and inheritance disputes, contested probate, the court remedies available in those disputes, and disputes over inherited property. It covers California only. It is not an estate-planning site and does not cover routine trust or probate administration.
